Student Room in Oststadt

Room
We are looking for a new young open-minded flatmate for our 8-person shared apartment.

The room is about 16 sqm and already furnished with a desk, bed, and wardrobe. If you want to bring your own furniture, that is also no problem.

On the same floor is the bathroom with shower and toilet. The bathroom is very spacious, so there is no "traffic jam" in the morning.

Location
The house is located in Oststadt and is therefore ideal for KIT students. You can reach KIT within 5 minutes on foot, and the University of Applied Sciences (HKA) and the University of Arts and Design (HfG) are reachable in about 10 and 15 minutes by bike respectively. The Karl-Wilhelm-Platz stop is only 1 minute away on foot.

A supermarket is quickly reachable on foot, so you don't have to spend much time shopping. There is also an ice cream parlor, a kebab shop, and a pizzeria in the immediate neighborhood. Oststadt is a typical old building student district in Karlsruhe.

Shared Apartment Life
Our apartment also has its own terrace and a large garden. Here we throw parties, grill, or enjoy relaxing evenings together.

You can park your bike in the bike shed in the garden.

In your room, of course, you will find the quiet you need to study. Outside of study phases, you are also welcome to do things with us. We do not want to just live alongside each other! Community is very important to us.

You will not have evenings alone in your room bored with us.

Other
There is Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. In your room, you also have a LAN connection via cable. The fees for this are already included in the price. The same applies to the telephone connection.

A washing machine and dryer are available in the building.

If you are interested in our shared apartment or have any questions, we look forward to hearing from you!
