Are you starting in the winter semester 2026/27 in Karlsruhe and still looking for a room?

In our dormitory in Rintheim, six fully furnished rooms are available.

In addition to your own room, you have access to the following shared areas:

- two spacious kitchens

- two bathrooms

- a large common room with a fireplace

- a large garden with a grill

- possibility to make music

This gives you everything you need for your studies and daily life. Whether cooking together, studying, or just relaxing, the possibilities are diverse.

The most important facts:

325 € warm rent including all additional costs. No further costs will be added.

A prerequisite is enrollment at a state-recognized university in Karlsruhe. For the current semester, we require a certificate of enrollment.

Location
Our dormitory is located in Rintheim in the north of Karlsruhe, in a quiet residential area with little car traffic and no tram noise. At the same time, you are quickly at the university and in the city center from here.

The nearest tram stops can be reached in about 6 to 8 minutes on foot. From there it is only two stops to KIT and about four stops to the city center.

The Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences (HKA) and the Pedagogical University (PH) are also easily accessible. By bike, you are at KIT in about 10 minutes and at HKA or PH in around 15 minutes.

This way you can live quietly and still be quickly where you want to go.

Shared Apartment Life
The Karlsruher Wingolf is more than a functional shared apartment. Here, not just six students live under one roof. We are a community where friendships develop and people support each other.

We like to spend time together: cooking, studying, celebrating, grilling, or just sitting together in the evening. There are also various events, excursions, and joint activities throughout the semester.

As a resident, you are invited to all these activities. You decide how much you want to participate. If you have your own ideas or like to help organize, there are many opportunities for that as well.

Especially as a first-semester student, you quickly make connections and get to know not only your roommates but also other students in Karlsruhe.
