Description

Shared flat life
Hey you :)

Since I will be traveling from 06.12. to 15.03., I am looking for a nice temporary subtenant for my room in our lovely 2-person shared flat in Kreuzviertel for this period. The location is really great, super central and at the same time quiet, you are quickly in the city center and have everything important right around the corner.

The room is about 16 m2 and fully furnished (bed, wardrobe, desk, everything stays as shown in the pictures). The rent is 520 € including utilities, internet is of course included.

You would be living with Maxime. She studies sports science, is 23 years old and likes sports (especially tennis). She looks forward to an open, uncomplicated coexistence where you can also meet in the kitchen to chat, but everyone still has their own space.

If this sounds good to you, feel free to write us a few sentences about yourself, who you are, what you do and what is important to you in shared flat life. We look forward to hearing from you! :)
