27sqm Room in a Lively 4-Person Shared Flat

Room
The room is very large with 27sqm. It is well laid out and equipped with parquet flooring and has 2 windows, each with roller shutters and pleated blinds.

Please note that taking over the sofa and bed for 320€ is mandatory. If you want to take over more furniture, that is also possible.

Location
The location is excellent. There is a Netto supermarket right next door and Edeka/Rewe can be reached by bike in a few minutes. It takes less than 10 minutes to get to Aasee, the old town is easily accessible, and Hammer Str. with cafes and pubs is also very close!

Shared Flat Life
We found writing a boring text about ourselves dull, so here are texts we wrote about each other. This way you get the perspective of a flatmate :)

The first candidate is Jorma.

Typical medical student, sometimes you wonder how someone who should know the human body so well can give it so little rest between nonstop festival weekends or fun and friendly-competitive dart olympiads in various bars.

When he is awake after such an event, you can start many activities with him and get excited about more or less every sport or silliness. He runs a lot, dances (besides typical club dancing also proper standard ballroom impressively) or goes to the gym. It's the balance between cocaine and tofu I guess (~ Gwyneth Paltrow) (I find the quote funny but understand if you don't).

For a while now, he has also been involved in Foodsharing, which not only makes the world a slightly better place on a sustainability basis but also enriches the flat with delicious surprises on top of his already great personality.

The second candidate is Samuel. Samuel, Samu or, as I lovingly call him, Schatz, is our chaotic one whom you can never be mad at. Like a whirlwind, he comes into the flat, greets with a loud Hallllloooo! and stomps into the kitchen where he usually makes himself a tea. Generally, we often sit together in the kitchen, Samu with a tea, late at night after shared pasta pesto or simply after returning from somewhere. Then politics is turned upside down (which is better) or everyday matters are discussed. In the morning, Samuel is rather late unless he has to be, then only slightly late, again with tea in the kitchen. He studies politics and law, hopefully soon law proper, so he stays with us and also studies singing on the side (quite entspan...
