Shared Room in the Beautiful Kreuzviertel REQUEST STOP

Room
Both the beautiful wooden floor and the higher ceiling give the room the cozy feeling of a typical Kreuzviertel apartment. With 15 m2, the room is nicely spacious, allowing you to move around comfortably. Additionally, the room is located so that it does not get hot in the summer. Since I am moving abroad, I would like to leave all my furniture at a discount. You will get a bed frame, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, lamp, and small carpet in excellent condition for 450 €. I am flexible and open to negotiation - the mattress, which is just one year old and also in excellent condition, could be left for a small extra charge but it is not mandatory.

Location
The apartment is located in Kreuzviertel. It is about a 7-minute bike ride to the ULB, and nearby there is an Edeka supermarket as well as the Rewe at Kreuztor, which can be reached in a few minutes by bike or on foot.

The York Center with a gym and various shopping options is also just a few minutes by bike away. You can get to the city center very quickly, which is easily accessible by bike or bus!

Shared Living
You will live together with Kathi (22) and Ronja (19):

Hey, I am Ronja and I am studying Oecotrophology in the first semester and I am basically up for any fun. I like to go out when the weather is nice, whether it’s walking together, running, or eating ice cream. When motivated, I love playing sports like volleyball, but I always find it super cool to try new sports. I am also a party animal because I love going dancing (or sometimes playing beer pong).

I am Kathi, studying Biosciences in the 5th semester and I like playing piano in my free time. Otherwise, I like going out with friends, whether for a party or just a little walk with deep talks. At the moment, I am trying to show up more often at the gym (let’s see if that works ;)). When I withdraw, I like watching series or movies from my large selection of streaming services.

We are both very lively people and would be happy if you also enjoy shared activities with us, but we also appreciate it when someone wants to retreat and be with themselves :D.
