Shared Room in Relaxed 3-Person Flatshare

Hello, we are Malte and Jona and we are looking for a flatmate for our shared flat.

Room:
The room is located on the 3rd floor in a row of houses directly on Weseler Straße. It faces the back, so there is no street noise. The room is 30 sqm and consists of two areas connected by a staircase. See pictures.

Flatshare:
The flatshare has two other rooms: a bathroom and a spacious kitchen. The hallway is quite narrow. There is also a small cellar that we can use and a bike rack in front of the door.

Location:
The bus stop "Inselbogen" is practically right outside the door. From there, buses run every ten minutes towards the main station. It is also just a few minutes by bike to the city centre.

Supermarkets can be reached within five minutes by bike.

Also, the Aasee and the Grüne Grund are right nearby for walking or picnicking.

Flatshare Life:
We are Malte and Jona and have known each other for a long time. Malte studies German studies and history, Jona social work.

In our free time, we play football and also like to go out in Münster's old town.

Besides studying, Malte works at a primary school and as a freelance journalist for the sports section of the Westfälische Nachrichten. Jona also works at the primary school and occasionally in gastronomy.

Jona has been living in the flatshare for almost two years and Malte joined six months ago.
