Some people do not need many rooms. They need a single, truly spacious room that makes many things possible.

Residence No. 89 is the largest 1-room residence of THE ORPLID FIVE, Munich’s Private Living Club. With around 41.68 m², it combines the openness of a modern studio with the complete independence of a private apartment.

The special corner location, numerous floor-to-ceiling window elements, and a living space of about 30.52 m² create an atmosphere that feels wide, bright, and pleasantly unbound.

A place to live, work, think, and arrive.

Not many rooms. But many possibilities.

The spacious, open living area forms the heart of the residence. Its clear proportions allow for different zones for sleeping, relaxing, dining, and working without taking away the room’s spaciousness.

Here, not only a bed fits, but a real living feeling: with sofa, personal workspace, dining area, and free space for the things that make up everyday life.
