We are looking for from 01.10.2026:

In our 6-unit private house, built in 1932, we rent out an attic apartment for a long-term rental to a solvent, quiet, clean, and reliable tenant.
Initially, however, the rental agreement is limited to 1 year. This gives both parties the opportunity to determine if it "fits".
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the house (NOT barrier-free, NOT suitable for elderly/disabled, NO elevator), has 45 sqm of living space (floor area larger due to sloping ceilings) with a maximum furniture height of 2 m and a maximum height for people of 1.80 m.
It consists of a shower bathroom (instant water heater and electric heating), kitchen (with kitchenette + electrical appliances + 4 chairs), bedroom (with wardrobe), and living room (with bright couch, matching carpet, and coffee table) as well as a small hallway and a windowless storage room (with light and electricity) in the basement.
Also in the basement is the washing machine belonging to the furnishings.
A fixed satellite connection is available; it can currently be used free of charge for TV. There is NO air conditioning.
All rooms in the apartment have Velux insulated windows (bright wooden frames) + sun protection blinds or blackout blinds, white ceiling beams with natural wood intermediate ceilings, laminate floors in the living areas, and terracotta-colored tiles in the bathroom.
The shower bathroom has white, well-maintained sanitary facilities and wall tiles.
A communal dryer is located in the basement. Washing and drying in the apartment is not permitted.
All tenants participate in winter services (according to schedule).
Internet is possible (at the tenant's expense).
The apartment will be handed over painted with white textured wallpaper and must be returned in the same condition upon moving out.
Our apartment is located on the edge of fields between 3 cemeteries. We expect our new tenant party to comply with the house rules and not disturb the peace in our house.
A member of the owners' community lives in the house - directly below the apartment for rent.
