The flatshare has 5 rooms plus a kitchen, which is used as a common room, and a bathroom.

The room has a window facing the backyard and is very quiet.

All costs are included in the rent. So rent, electricity, internet, waste disposal, GEZ and whatever else you have to pay.

Location

The flatshare is located in Südstadt on Frankfurter Str. and is within walking distance to the art university and the beautiful Aue park. The Heinrich-Heine-Str. stop is 2 minutes away. Shopping facilities are also just around the corner, the Edeka is open until midnight and the gas station is well stocked. Otherwise, it takes 5 minutes by train to the city centre and 15 minutes to the main university campus. Nearby are also the Auestadion, the university sports facilities and a good gym. By bike you can also get anywhere you want very quickly 😎

Flatshare life

Hello out there, we are looking for a new fifth wheel for our 5-person flatshare. We don't care if you are female, diverse or male. The room is available from 01.01.2027. We are not a purpose flatshare.

We, Alex, Joelle, Benni, Phillip and Tom, all have our own daily routines with studies, training and work. However, we also like to be together, mostly in the kitchen or sometimes in the beer garden. There is no pressure to do things together, everyone as they like. By the way, we are rather left-green in the flatshare. Don't worry, we are not messy :)

Hi, I'm Alex (she/her, 24) and my favourite colour is red. I am currently in the final stages of my primary school teaching degree. On the side, I am committed to the climate and against Nazis. I also like cycling, bouldering, going to concerts or being outdoors and enjoy spending time with nice people. I have been living in the flatshare for a little over 1.5 years and am a fan of hanging out together in the kitchen (with a cold Spezi) :D

Hello, this is Tom (m21) and my favourite colour is green and I am leaving the flatshare. I am currently doing my master craftsman qualification in Kassel on the side. I have only been in the flatshare for 8 months and think it is great.
