The Baltic Sea resort Warnemünde offers a well-developed infrastructure and extensive tourist offers and highlights such as the Warnemünder Woche and the Hansesail. You can indulge yourself with upscale gastronomy, wellness offers of all kinds, fitness and sports facilities and even a theater. On walks on the beach, on the old stream, on the promenade or in the parks you feel the flair of a Baltic Sea resort, the fresh air of the sea and the smell of suntan oil and fishing boats.
The doorbell/door opener is equipped with a camera for security reasons. Operating costs such as heating/gas and electricity can be settled directly with the supplier.
