The penthouse apartment was completed in July 2017. The floor is laid with beautiful wooden parquet; the bathroom has large dark tiles. The walls are painted white or tiled white in the bathroom. The ceiling height is 2.65 m.
Light comes into the apartment from three sides (west, north and east) and there is also a window in the bathroom. All windows are floor-to-ceiling and equipped with interior pleated blinds (except the north windows, which have no blinds).
Living Room
The large living/dining room is very bright and offers access to the west terrace.
Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with soft-close drawers and doors, dishwasher, refrigerator, induction hob and convection oven.
Bedroom
The bedroom offers access to the east terrace and contains a small storage room. This is separated by a sliding curtain.

Internet
Internet is available via fiber optic directly in the apartment. Currently 300mbit via Mnet, but can be increased to 1,000mbit. From the main connection next to the apartment door there are 3 additional network connections (2 in the living room, 1 in the bedroom).

A parking space in the underground garage also belongs to the apartment. A charging option for electric vehicles is directly at the parking space.
Cellar
A cellar compartment is also part of the apartment.
Bicycles can be parked in the two bicycle rooms.
Energy Efficiency
The apartment is located in a certified passive house with ventilation system and heat recovery. Rainwater is treated for toilet flushing.
The air from the ventilation system is preheated. Additionally, there is one wall radiator each in the living and bedroom as well as a towel radiator in the bathroom. Normally no heating is needed from April to October.
