Hi! I'm Nico and currently live alone in a four-room apartment. I am looking for roommates for a shared flat where people really live together, not just next to each other. So not a purely functional shared flat, but one where you cook together in the evening, chat, or watch a movie, and still have your peace whenever you want.

The rooms:

• Room 1: 21 m2, 316 €

• Room 2: 19 m2, 313 €

• Room 3: 16 m2, 238 €

Important to know: The shared flat exists until February 28. Then I will move out and the apartment will no longer be run as a shared flat. So it is about a nice time together that is consciously limited.
