Nice Room in the KTV

Yes, we know it is not the biggest room, but with a small bed (90-120 cm wide) a wardrobe and a desk easily fit into the room. The previous tenant had a 140 cm wide bed, a wardrobe and a bedside table in the room.

Because the window faces southwest into the courtyard, it is pleasantly quiet and bright.

Location
The shared apartment is located on Doberaner Straße, right in the middle of the KTV and directly opposite the Volkstheater. Everything you need is nearby: the Volkstheater tram stop is only 2 minutes away, the Pleitegeier bar as well, Netto and Lidl can be reached in 5 minutes and Doberaner Platz is 8 minutes away. By bike you can also reach the clinic and the Südstadt campus in less than 10 minutes 🚲

Shared Apartment Life
Heyy, we are Luca and Henri (see profile picture), we know each other from Hamburg and have just moved into the apartment together 🏠. We both study medicine, are sporty and rather relaxed, quiet types. Cleanliness and order are important to us. We eat pescatarian or vegan and like to cook together. Otherwise, we also like to do things together but are just as happy when everyone has their own space. Overall, we want a relaxed and uncomplicated shared apartment life where people get along well and enjoy spending time together. Since we have just moved into the apartment, you can be creative. So if you want to help design and furnish the hallway, bathroom or kitchen, we would of course be very happy! ;) ... of course only if you want to! We look forward to your message ☀️

Electricity and internet are not included in the rent and must be paid separately.

The additional costs are currently stated as 73 €. But since you have the smallest room and we divide the heating costs fairly, your additional costs would be somewhat lower. We will discuss details when you visit us.

Important!!!
There is a graduated rent with an annual increase of 4 % on the cold rent. The monthly rent is therefore 278 € in the 2nd year and 289 € in the 3rd year.
