Two Rooms in Old Building Attic Apartment in a Good Location for Rent

Both rooms are approximately 15 sqm and have a beautiful old wooden floor. They offer enough space for a bed, desk, wardrobe, and other personal items. One window faces northwest, and despite being in the attic, it stays pleasantly cool in summer.

The rooms are located in our 4-person shared apartment under the roof (3rd floor). The shared apartment has existed for 20 years, so everything is a bit old but very cozy and lovable. The common areas include our daylight bathroom, a long hallway with a closet for additional storage, and a small living/music room. And of course, our main meeting point: the well-equipped kitchen.

Both rooms are available from 01.01.27. One room is fully furnished, and in the other, the bed and a desk can be taken over. But we can clarify the details during your visit :)

Location
Our shared apartment is located in the quiet Bahnhofsviertel (between Hauptbahnhof and Steintor). Mainly young families and some students live here. It is less than a 5-minute walk to the train station and 5-10 minutes by bike to the city center and the KTV. There are no proper bike storage facilities in the basement - we usually lock our bikes to the front garden fence. Parking spaces are rather scarce, but with a bit of searching, you can find some. The nearest supermarket (Netto) is just around the corner!

Shared Apartment Life
We are a quiet shared apartment where everything is optional :) You will live with Ferdaous and Rubén. Ferdaous will soon work as a doctor in Güstrow, and Rubén works in a laboratory. Both are always up for a chat in the kitchen, and for Ferdaous, sometimes with a glass of wine :) They also respect when you need your alone time. Ferdaous likes embroidery, so if you enjoy handicrafts, you are in the right place with her!

The apartment can be your playground where you can let your creativity run free. For example, you can still decorate the living room or simply beautify the hallway, bathroom, and kitchen as you like :) of course, only if you feel like it... we have a roof window through which the roof is accessible, where you can enjoy your coffee well in the morning from spring to autumn :)
