Perfect! Then let's get to the exciting part:

Our student association Unitas Rolandia has its own house in the middle of the beautiful student city of Münster. Every semester, rooms become available with us, about 15 m2 in size, ideal for studying, relaxing, and settling in.

The bathroom is shared with only one other person, and on each floor there is a communal kitchen used by about 5 people. Of course, everyone has their own space for food there.

As a student association, you can expect a diverse semester program with us: many joint activities, cool events, and especially sponsored trips across Germany.

There is always something going on in the house itself, whether game nights, own parties, or relaxed evenings in the TV room or the bar room: life quickly comes alive here.

A practical bonus: our laundry room with washing machine and dryer is available free of charge to all residents.

Curious? Then feel free to read on and learn more about our house and the club life.

We appreciate every interest!

Location
Our house is located directly on the Ring and therefore super central. Nearby you will find the Yorkcenter with everything you need for everyday student life: Rewe, Lidl, Aldi, Decathlon, dm, a pharmacy, and much more. In addition, a Kaufpark, a fitness studio, a climbing hall, a park, and the outdoor pool are easily accessible.

Especially practical for university life: the natural sciences, sports, business informatics, architecture, and art are practically around the corner. But all other university buildings, no matter which faculty, can be reached comfortably by bike in about 5-15 minutes.

For a snack in between, the Mensa am Ring and the Mensa Da Vinci are even within walking distance.

And if you want to go further away: direct bus connections to the main station are available with lines 9, 15/16, or 33/34, depending on the line, you are there in about 10-15 minutes.

Shared Flat Life
Our house community lives from very different characters, and from the fact that we really like to spend time together. Whether relaxed coffee chats in the kitchen or long game nights on the Switch in the basement.

What is especially important to us is that you feel comfortable and settle in well.

Besides the typical shared flat everyday life, there are also joint events through the association, e.g. lectures, excursions, or social gatherings.
