Your future room is part of a 2-person shared flat in the student residence at Boeselagerstraße 73 and is located on the first floor. The apartment can be reached by elevator. A laundry room with washing machines and dryers for a small fee is located on the residence grounds.

The room has a nice size of approx. 16 sqm and faces the quiet inner courtyard. Especially nice are the floor-to-ceiling windows. We share a cozy common room with a kitchenette and sofa as well as the bathroom.

Location
The student residence is located exactly between the districts Aaseestadt and Mecklenbeck. From here you only need about 4 minutes on foot to the Aasee, perfect for a walk or a run around the lake or in the adjacent forest.

In about 10 to 15 minutes by bike you can reach the city center or the Coesfelder Kreuz.

The nearest shopping facilities can be reached by bike in about 5 minutes towards the south. There you will find a Lidl, Rossmann, a pharmacy as well as a bakery. If you come home from the city, there is an Edeka near the Torminbrücke almost on our way.

Bus line 10 stops right in front of our door, with which you can get to the city center and also to the train station.

I am 22 years old and currently studying Landscape Ecology in the fifth semester of my Bachelor's degree. I would describe myself as a reliable, tidy and rather quiet person.

In my free time I really like to go outside, whether cycling, hiking, walking or just to relax. I also play piano (electric piano) and really enjoy singing and dancing. I have also discovered step aerobics for myself in university sports. Nice afternoons in cafes as well as evenings in bars are part of my life just as much as quiet days with a book and a cup of tea. One of my passions is also baking, which is unfortunately a bit difficult in this flat without an oven.

I would be happy about a friendly, warm, quiet and considerate flatshare life. I would find it nice if we sometimes eat together and sit comfortably together (e.g. in the evenings) to chat about this and that or have a game night. Also
