Important!! The amount listed as the cold rent is already the amount for the warm rent, including all other costs (electricity, internet,...)

Also important: I will take my furniture with me, so the room will be handed over unfurnished except for a bed frame without a mattress. I would leave the bed frame if needed without a discount. The dimensions are 140x200.

The room is very spacious with 18 m2, has a wooden floor and high windows. It is mold-free and clean and the walls were painted white just a year ago.

Location
The apartment is less than a minute's walk from Doberaner Platz, from where you have connections everywhere by train and bus. Many things are also easily reachable on foot, such as a REWE and a LIDL, which you can reach in 5 minutes on foot. Otherwise, there are also restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and pharmacies at Doberaner Platz and in the surrounding area.

Shared Flat Life
The shared flat life is relaxed and the roommates are very nice. Currently, besides me, Deniz, Katharina, and Daphne live in the apartment. The apartment consists of 4 rooms, a hallway, a kitchen, a bathroom, and two terraces. There is also a basement room shared by all roommates.

Everyone's daily rhythms are quite different due to studies and jobs, but when you meet, it is always nice to sit together and talk about all kinds of things or cook dinner together. Of course, you can also retreat anytime if you need your peace.

You might also be able to stay longer in the apartment, as a new rental contract is still unclear, but we can discuss all that then:)
