Furnished Shared Apartment Room

Room
The room is approximately 27 m2, the largest in the shared apartment, and offers a lot of space as shown in the photos. Despite being on the ground floor, it is nice and bright thanks to the three large windows.

The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need, stove, oven, dishwasher, small portafilter coffee machine, and also a table for sitting or chatting. :) The bathroom is relatively compact but has a bathtub and a washing machine.

Location
The apartment is very central and excellently connected. The tram stop "Lange Straße" can be reached in about 6 minutes on foot, where the city center/shopping street begins. There are numerous shopping options such as Edeka, dm, and other shops.

The city harbor is also just around the corner and despite the proximity to the city center, the apartment is in a very quiet residential area. In general, you can get anywhere quickly in Rostock by bike, and thanks to good connections, public transport also gets you everywhere quickly.

Shared Apartment Life
We are a 3-person shared apartment and with you, Johannes and Anika would live together.

Johannes is 24 and studies medicine, is the main tenant of the apartment, and has lived in Rostock the longest among us. Anika is 19 and is training to be an automotive mechatronics technician.

Since we all have quite different daily routines, sometimes we see each other more often and sometimes less. Usually, we meet in the kitchen in the evenings, chat a bit, or sometimes cook together. Overall, living together is very relaxed and uncomplicated, everyone has their own space, but we still like to spend time together.

We also have a cleaning schedule and rotate between kitchen, bathroom, and hallway. :)
