Description

Room
Hi :)

I am Theo and I study medicine and have very recently changed universities.

Therefore, this beautiful room in a great location - especially good for medical students but also for the Ulmencampus - is currently vacant (I have cleared everything out) and can be rented for one month (as a subtenant).

I live together with Florin, who will also move out on 1.12.2026 and will clear out most of his things during November and will hardly be around in November.

So you would basically have the apartment to yourself ;)

On 1.12 we will terminate the entire apartment and have to hand it over to the housing company to decide who moves in next. You are very welcome to try to apply for the apartment with the housing company. Unfortunately, we cannot influence who the housing company ultimately chooses. Hence the subletting for only one month.

Florin is a very cool guy and studies business informatics but as mentioned, he will hardly be around in November.

Feel free to get in touch and write a little about yourself :)
