Room
The room is offered by us furnished, but of course you can also bring your own furniture and we will store the existing ones in the basement.

This way you already have a basic set of furniture, which you can gradually expand yourself to feel at home.

All costs for electricity, internet, and heating are already included in the rent.

Location
Our fraternity house is located on Karlstraße, diagonally opposite Vapiano, very close to Europaplatz. From there, you can easily reach anywhere by tram.

The university is easily reachable by bike in just a few minutes.

Shopping facilities, as well as restaurants, bars, etc., are all available in the immediate vicinity and also quickly accessible.

Shared Flat Life
We, Corps Franconia, are a non-political fraternity of students at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and the Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Technology.

As a student fraternity, we maintain a very diverse and extraordinary form of student lifestyle. As a first-semester student, you can easily and straightforwardly get to know new fellow students from almost all fields of study at Franconia and quickly connect to student life in Karlsruhe.

Life at the Frankenhaus is anything but monotonous. Since basically several of your roommates are always present in the house, there is plenty of room for spontaneous activities. Joint trips to Karlsruhe's nightlife, cinema visits, or a fun evening at the in-house bar create the best conditions to enjoy your student life alongside lectures and study sessions. Especially in times of structured university courses that allow little free time, you can design your student life more thoughtfully this way.

During the semester, we organize our own semester program with a student party, dinner events, or excursions. Hospitality, respect, and tolerance towards our guests and fellow students are very important to us.

We are the oldest student fraternity in Karlsruhe and have been part of the city's history for over 185 years.
