Room in Karlsruhe City Center

Rooms
Our eight rooms are spread over 2 floors and fully furnished (bed, desk, office chair, wardrobe, shelf). Each room also has a LAN connection and Wi-Fi reception. Each floor has a bathroom with a shower. We have a washing machine and a dryer. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen, we have a study room and a common area.

Location
Due to our central location near Europaplatz, everything can be reached within a few minutes on foot or by bike. Both supermarkets and the shopping street are practically around the corner. Fitness studios, clubs, and pubs are also quickly reachable on foot.

It takes only 5 minutes by bike to get to KIT / FH / PH.

We are also only a few steps from Schlossgarten, where you can spend a summer day or two.

Shared Flat Life
We are all students from different fields of study and in semesters 2 to 6. We often do various activities together.

From joint outings and events to a cocktail evening, everything is included. During exam periods, it is mostly limited to studying together and after passing an exam to one or two cold beers in our common area.

We value the social network: For us, mutual consideration and tolerance are part of the community. To make it work, everyone naturally helps with tidying up and cleaning.

Student life with the residents was the reason why we all chose this community!
