Are you looking for a modern and affordable apartment for your studies in Karlsruhe? Then you are exactly right here! Our association offers you a beautiful terraced house in Innenstadt-West with a spacious kitchen, an inviting bar, and a scenic courtyard with a rock garden, barbecue, and bicycle shelter. LAN is available throughout the house with speeds of 200 Mbit/s and WLAN.
The room can be rented furnished and includes a bed, a desk with chair, and a wardrobe. We also offer:
- Study room with printer, external monitors, whiteboard, and flipchart
- Conference room with projector
- TV room with 55" television, surround sound system, all common streaming services, and Sky full package.

Location
The house is located directly in Innenstadt-West between the University of Applied Sciences and KIT. In less than 5 minutes on foot you reach the "Europaplatz" train station, from which the shopping street in Karlsruhe also starts. Nearby are also: Lidl, Aldi, Rewe, Döner, McDonalds, BurgerKing, post office, castle and castle park, botanical garden, Postgalerie, Ettlinger Tor Center, and art museum.

Shared Flat Life
Are you open to activities and looking for a diverse and supportive shared flat community? Then we have the ideal room for you! We are the student association L! Cimbria-Fidelitas, a colorful group of students from various fields and semesters. This allows you to quickly make new contacts, and older students are happy to help you with homework and university exams. Since we all want to successfully complete our studies together, we follow the motto: "Studies have priority!" However, we know that studying also includes fun. Therefore, we offer a variety of activities. On Tuesday evenings some of us play football or engage in other sports in our own sports hall near KIT. On Thursday evenings we enjoy shared meals, which are free for everyone, and then spend the rest of the evening in our own bar. Additionally, we organize movie nights, cook together, or go on trips for karting, bowling, or whatever we feel like. We appreciate the initiative of our members and promote active participation in shared flat life. Everyone is welcome to contribute their creative ideas, whether organizing a poker tournament or a trip to another city. Our shared flat community offers not only social support but also the
