On 68 m² it combines contemporary living comfort with the character of the historic estate. Large panoramic windows bring plenty of daylight into the rooms. The living and dining area with integrated kitchen opens onto the sunny balcony outside, with views over the adjacent meadows. The bedroom is quietly located towards the greened courtyard.
The building was completed as a new building in December 2016 and occupied for the first time.
