Room
This is a very nicely laid out unfurnished double room with a total of 4 windows. Both rooms are connected by a large passage. Thus, one room can be used for sleeping and the other for living.

Location
The shared apartment is nicely central in the city center, halfway between Hauptbahnhof and Königsplatz.

Shopping options:
Königsplatz can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. This is the best starting point for a shopping tour or to buy groceries. For a quick snack, BK and a variety of snack bars are quickly accessible.

Party options:
Several pubs and dance bars are located in the immediate vicinity. For example, the famous Cuba-Club, the Lolita-Bar, or the Arm.

Fitness:
If you are interested in physical activity, you can keep fit at the She&He-Fitness Club 100m away.

Noise level:
Overall, the room is very quiet despite being so centrally located, meaning car traffic is hardly noticeable because the windows face a large inner courtyard. Fresh air is always available if you want to air out. The bars and clubs are not acoustically perceived.

Shared apartment life
The shared apartment life is rather relaxed and quiet than wild and crazy. Cooking together with a little wine or beer is certainly welcome.

We are an open and easy-going community but also value cleanliness. The shared areas such as kitchen, bathroom, and hallway are regularly cleaned (every week) by us according to a shared schedule. This may be a bit annoying but is essential for cleanliness in a 4-person shared apartment.
