I want to rent the room until 28.2.2027 for now.

The room faces Weserstraße and is huge and bright. The floor is laminate and newly laid in 2024.

Weserstraße is a four-lane main road with trams, which can be clearly heard in the room, even with the windows closed. You should be really sure that you can handle this well.

Location
Our house is located in the Wesertor district and borders Nordholland and Mitte.

Distances (all on foot):

Tram stop 1-4 min, depending on pedestrian traffic light status

University (Hopla) approx. 4 min

Edeka, gas station and greengrocer each approx. 7 min

Lidl approx. 10 min

Kaufland approx. 10 min

Auepark 5-10 min (depending on opinion about where it starts)

There is a wide selection of snack bars within walking distance.

Flatshare life
I am Daniel (39) and looking for a new flatmate.

I have been living in Kassel for a while and plan to stay in the flatshare here for a while longer.

I study Social Work and work on campus. I would describe myself as an easy-going flatmate. I like to take time for a pleasant chat, relax with yoga, do sports or paint and craft.

Since I do not want a purpose-only flatshare, I wish for a new flatmate for whom joint activities and cooking evenings are not foreign words.

Furthermore, I wish for someone ideally over 25 years old and who already has experience living independently (alone/flatshare/etc.).
