Communal Living - FLINTA* Shared Apartment // A home to share, queer and feminist living in Erfurt

Room
Hello dear ones,

We have a room opening up and are looking for a new person for our shared apartment!

We live in a fairly spacious apartment with 200 m2, five rooms, a large kitchen-living room and two balconies. One opens directly from the kitchen, the other from a shared room, but we also like to use that one together by arrangement.

In the immediate vicinity you will find a park, you are quickly in the forest or at the outdoor pool and have pretty good running routes right outside the front door. We are well connected by tram line 6.

Your room is about 15 m2 and costs approximately 310 €. It faces north, so it is pleasantly cool in summer, but it is also rather on the darker side.

Shared Apartment Life
How we live together:

We are 4 people who have been living together for a while (pronouns: she / she / none / none). In the coming months one person will move out, so besides you, another new person will likely join.

We are all employed, have our own busy daily lives and are often on the go. At the same time, the shared apartment is not a stopover or a purpose-only shared apartment for us, but a way of life we have consciously chosen. We see ourselves living in Erfurt long-term and want a home where we do not just live alongside each other.

We like to cook and eat together, with a noticeable preference for potato dishes with delicious sauces. When we eat together, we cook vegan. We share many groceries, but of course each person also has space for their own things. We also have a community-supported agriculture share: from spring to autumn we get fresh vegetables directly from the farm, which you are welcome to participate in.

Once a week we try to keep a fixed shared apartment evening free. Then we eat together, tell each other what is going on
