19 m2 Room in the Heart of Erfurt Old Town

Room
The room is approximately 19 m2, making it the second largest in the apartment, and has two windows. Due to its orientation towards the morning sun, it is beautifully bright throughout the day and offers a light, pleasant atmosphere.

The room is rented out partially furnished. The equipment includes a pull-out bed with slatted frame and a new mattress (about 1 month old), under which there is a second mattress for an additional sleeping place, a large wardrobe with an adjacent shelf, a small desk, and a TV lowboard.

The television can also be taken over if interested.

The furniture can be seen in the pictures. The desk is currently still in another room but is also shown in the photos.

Location
The location could hardly be more central: We live right in the middle of Erfurt Old Town, with very good connections to the tram and everything you need in everyday life. Many cafés, restaurants, bars, shopping facilities, and the city center are easily reachable on foot.

The photos already give you a first impression of the room. If interested, we can of course send more or current photos of the room and the common areas.

Shared Flat Life
We are a couple and currently live as two in the apartment. The room becoming available is thus part of a 3-person shared flat.

We like to be out and about in the city, meet friends, enjoy eating out or going to cafés, cook together, and are also active in sports. We both also enjoy music and sometimes make music ourselves for fun. This can occasionally make things a bit livelier, but we also enjoy quiet evenings and our retreat options.

We have lived in Erfurt for a long time and know the city quite well, from small cafés and beautiful spots to events and nightlife.

During a viewing, we would be happy to introduce ourselves personally, chat a bit, and see if we get along well on a personal level.

"What we are looking for":

As a couple, we are looking for an uncomplicated and sociable female flatmate who likes to do things sometimes and is interested in a relaxed shared flat life. It is important to us that one also likes to sit together sometimes, cook together, or do something, but also understands when someone just wants peace after a long day.

Especially because we live together as a couple, it should be clear to you that we naturally spend a lot of time together and do not always do everything together with the flatmates. At the same time, we look forward to an uncomplicated and friendly atmosphere.
