Shared Room in the Blumen Shared Apartment

Room
The room is very bright and quiet, with good sunlight coming in from the west-facing location. It faces the street, which has quite a bit of traffic during the day but is very quiet at night and barely audible with closed windows.

It is relatively small, but due to the high ceiling with the loft bed, there is plenty of space. Overall, it has a lot of potential and you can decorate it very coolly.

In summer, the room stays very cool like the apartment, and in winter it stays nicely warm.

When I move out, I will leave the loft bed and the lamp. For the loft bed, I would want a 100€ compensation, but all of that can be discussed during the viewing.

Location
In my opinion, the location is one of the absolute highlights of this shared apartment. Both Petersberg and Nordpark are within walking distance in a short time. Directly opposite there is a convenience store (Späti) open until 9 pm including Sundays. The university is about a 15-minute walk away (5 minutes by bike) and only two stops away by train. From the nearest train station, a train runs every 5 minutes on weekdays. Döner shops and bakeries are also practically around the corner.

Edeka and REWE are both 5 minutes away; REWE is currently being renovated but should be finished soon.

Shared Apartment Life
Rudi and Luis live in the shared apartment. I, Jona, will move out in December, so my room in the shared apartment will become available.

Rudi (23) studies teaching in Jena but spends most of his time in Erfurt, enjoys traveling to new countries, learning languages, and is often doing sports or spontaneous walks in the evening.

Luis (20) is in his first semester studying political science at the University of Erfurt. He is interested in many things (politics, music, design) and does a lot of sports. In everyday shared apartment life, he is very relaxed, enjoys nice conversations but also values his personal space.

Other
The apartment includes a basement storage unit. There is also a very quiet backyard with a bike rack. The washing machine is located in the kitchen.

The room can be occupied from December 1st.
