Cozy Room for Rent

Room
A beautiful and cozy shared apartment room is for rent, featuring a large window and a lovely view of greenery.

The large window lets in plenty of daylight, creating a friendly and pleasant living atmosphere.

The room is rented partially furnished. A bed and a spacious wardrobe are already available and can be taken over. The rest of the furnishings can be arranged according to your own ideas, so you can make the room uniquely cozy and personal.

The room offers enough space for living, studying, and relaxing and is especially suitable for students or young professionals.

Please note: The photos show the previous furnishings. The room is rented exclusively with the bed and wardrobe. The other furniture will be removed before moving in.

Location
Our shared apartment is located in the beautiful district of Ilversgehofen and is only a 3-minute walk from the Ilversgehofener Platz tram stop. From there, you can quickly reach the city center and other parts of Erfurt by tram lines 1 and 5.

There are also shopping options right around the corner: a REWE at Ilversgehofener Platz is even open until 10 pm on weekdays. Additionally, you can reach a Lidl and a Rossmann in less than 10 minutes on foot.

By bike, you can reach the University of Erfurt in about 10 minutes. If you enjoy being in nature, the Nordpark is about a 15-minute walk away, perfect for a walk or a little break from everyday life.

So you see: whether by tram, bike, or on foot, you are very well connected from here and can easily reach everything important. 😊

Shared Apartment Life
🫶 Your future roommates

Masha (25) studies "Master Global Communication: Politics and Society" at the University of Erfurt and likes to be out and about. She is up for any fun and always open to doing something or trying new things. So it will definitely never be boring with her!

Anastasia (25) is in her first semester of a Master of Education in Special Education and is a great person for long conversations. She always has an open ear and also enjoys a cup of tea together in the kitchen. Especially in nice weather, she likes to be outside and go for a walk, you can of course join anytime. 🌿

We look forward to a new roommate with whom you can chat in the kitchen, do things together, or just live together relaxed!

Feel free to write a few lines about yourself! 😊 W
