The apartment consists of 2 rooms separated by a small hallway. Only the kitchen is shared, with a large refrigerator, oven and stove. Dishes and cooking utensils are available.

Washing machine and dryer are integrated in the kitchen.

There is also a lockable bicycle cellar on the ground floor. The room is located on the 1st floor.

I use the room myself, so this is not a professional rental. However, I will be abroad for 3 months and am therefore looking for an interim user to whom I can entrust my gem.

1a location in the eastern old town of Rostock, surrounding cafes and restaurants, the city harbor and only 5 minutes on foot to the pedestrian zone, the main station is four tram stops or 20 minutes on foot, supermarkets within 5 minutes, green areas only 10 minutes on foot, with the S-Bahn you can reach the beach in Warnemünde in about 20 minutes directly.

Shared flat life
Actually, it is not a classic shared flat, it is 2 micro apartments that share a kitchen but are otherwise completely autonomous. Encounters are therefore limited to the kitchen. The second micro apartment also has only one tenant. No pets. Non-smoker. Great care is taken with cleanliness in the shared kitchen area. Use of the washing machine and dryer is not allowed after 10 p.m.

I am usually always reachable in case of problems. Also for other questions about the city, the surrounding area, what to do and see, I can gladly provide information. If needed, I can also provide a bicycle with a lock. Otherwise, everything is quite practical and easy to handle. Of course, there is a personal introduction when handing over the keys.
