For rent is a spacious and bright room in a newly renovated 3-room apartment in the heart of Rostocker Südstadt. The apartment is on the 4th floor and has been extensively renovated. All rooms have freshly renovated walls and new laminate flooring. In the kitchen you will find a modern fitted kitchen with seating area. The newly tiled daylight bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine. The shared flat room has TV/internet connection as well as sufficient power outlets. You can conveniently and safely store your bicycle in the private cellar.

With excellent infrastructure, you can reach the train station or the popular Rostock city centre within a few minutes, the tram stops right outside your door. By bike or e-scooter you can go directly to the university and shopping is just across the street on foot. Here you will find numerous shopping opportunities, bakeries, snack bars, a weekly market as well as various specialists and a pharmacy. Only five minutes on foot away, the Südstadt canteen, repeatedly voted the best canteen in Germany, offers healthy and delicious meals. Active recreation can be found in the Barnstorfer Forest or at the Kringelgraben in Südstadt. Here you can jog, cycle, play disc golf or simply enjoy nature when you need a break from university. If you like to train in the gym, you will find a large fitness centre with 24-hour opening times just one street away.

A flat rate rent is agreed. The rent includes the basic rent including additional costs and electricity. The minimum contract period is 12 months. A landlord certificate is of course possible.
