Bright shared room in freshly renovated apartment with new fitted kitchen in 2-person shared flat

Room
The room is clean and freshly painted, as is the entire apartment. You are welcome to choose a room. One room is slightly larger than the other, but the smaller room has access to the balcony. If you want to live with someone else, please let me know.

Otherwise, the bathroom has new tiles and a washing machine is available for you. The kitchen was also newly installed and features a dishwasher and a fridge combination with two large freezer compartments.

Additionally, there is a cellar room belonging to the apartment, a communal bicycle room, and a drying room for the entire building.

Location
The apartment is located in Rostock Südstadt in a very sought-after area.

The Frauenhofer Institute and the Südstadt Clinic are within walking distance. The University of Rostock with its various departments is only 5-10 minutes away by public transport or by bicycle.

For shopping, you have the Südstadt Center Rostock directly opposite.

The tram stop is also right outside the door and only 2 stops from the main station.

Shared flat life
You are moving into a newly renovated apartment, so this is a new shared flat formation.

Since the most important thing in shared flat life is the flatmates, we pay attention to everyone fitting well together when renting. If you are between 18 and 23 years old and starting a degree or training, please get in touch quickly. We are happy to arrange a viewing of the apartment on-site or by video. If there is already a flatmate by then, we will organise an initial meeting with you also by video call so that you know who you will be living with before moving in.

Pets are not allowed and non-smokers are preferred. Guests may smoke on the balcony if necessary.

Our long-standing experience with renting shared flats shows that it is sensible to be strict when selecting residents.

The shared flat should be relaxed. If you already have shared flat experience, you are welcome and can contribute; if not, you will surely quickly see how pleasant shared flat life can be.

There is no joint rental contract in the shared flat where everyone is liable for the rent, nor is there a subletting arrangement or similar. Everyone gets their own rental contract for their room.

Your flatmate is a first-semester medical student and she wishes for a friendly flatmate.
