Because the questions came up often: The rent price is for both rooms and the rooms are rented to one person.

Room 1 is about 18 sqm in size. The highlight of the room is definitely the massive loft bed. Right next door is Room 2, which is about 20 sqm. The loft bed in the photo of Room 2 is now gone - one loft bed is enough. :) Since both rooms are next to each other, you can perfectly set up a living and sleeping area. Both rooms have a view of Lange Straße and the Warnow.

Otherwise, the apartment is quite nice. A large kitchen invites you to linger, the bathroom and toilet are conveniently separate. The attic offers plenty of storage space.

Location
Our shared apartment is located directly in the center of Rostock. Whether supermarket, cinema, university, cafés, pubs, clubs - you have all of this in the immediate vicinity. If you still need to go further, no problem. Right outside the door is the tram stop Lange Straße, from where you can reach, for example, the main station in 7 minutes and Doberaner Platz in 4 minutes.

Shared Apartment Life
Currently, there are two of us. We are Csenge and Alex. Csenge is moving out on November 1st, Alex is staying in the shared apartment. He is from Berlin, has lived in the shared apartment for what feels like an eternity, and works for a local radio station.
