Shared Apartment Room at Dobi

Room
I am moving out on 1.1.27 and therefore need a new tenant. The room is about 13.4 square meters with a double window facing west. It is located directly next to the terrace which is about 53 square meters and is available for the entire shared apartment. This gives us extra space for a clothesline and you can sit outside perfectly in the summer and enjoy the sun.

Location
The apartment is centrally located at Doberaner Platz in a quiet backyard. It takes about 2 minutes on foot to reach public transport with connections to all tram and bus lines. There are also numerous shopping options nearby (Netto, Lidl, Rewe, etc.) and the harbor or city center is not far. The location is perfect especially for students as it takes about 10 minutes by bike to all major university buildings, as well as to the "Mensa Ulme" and the KTV.

Shared Apartment Life
You would live with Doha and Leonardo. Doha (28) is a doctor from Morocco currently looking for a position for her specialist training and Leonardo (23) is a medical student in his 5th semester. Both are very nice and we have always had a good time together. We talk a lot, exchange ideas, or like to eat together. But if you need peace after a tiring day, that is always possible :)

Other
There are numerous bike racks in the backyard, a bike cellar, a drying room for laundry, another clothesline, and garden furniture on the terrace. The 490€ cold rent already includes the landlord's additional costs, the 30€ additional costs refer to shared apartment expenses such as electricity, Wi-Fi, etc..
