The apartment is approximately 29.5 m² and consists of a living/sleeping room, separate kitchen, hallway, and bathroom. The rental start date is planned for 01.12.2026; an earlier move-in may be possible by arrangement.

The apartment was renovated in 2024 before the current tenant moved in, freshly painted, and completely newly furnished. The fitted kitchen was newly installed in July 2024 and is equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, washer-dryer, table and chairs, as well as cooking and dining utensils.
