We currently have 8 rooms available! The rooms range from 250€ to 400€! Definitely come by.

We are exclusively looking for students for our student shared apartment. We live ten people between the castle and the market square in a three-story house that was renovated and newly furnished half a year ago and has a lot to offer:

- Our bedrooms (12m2 to 25m2), fully furnished

- Living room with HD projector and 5.1 system

- Large fully equipped kitchen

- Cleaning staff for all common areas

- Two bathrooms with large showers

- Green courtyard with beer garden atmosphere and gas grill

- Washing machine and dryer

- Large study room

- Vaulted cellar with lounge area and bar

- Roof terrace

Internet and other additional costs are included in the rent.

Location
The location could not be more central - the house is located between the castle and the market square. It is also very quiet as it faces towards Zirkel.

The university (KIT) is about a 5-minute walk away. All tram lines are reachable within less than a minute on foot. Numerous shopping opportunities as well as restaurants, bars, clubs, etc. are all in the immediate vicinity.

Shared Apartment Life
Our shared apartment life plays a big role: from cozy cooking, movie or football evenings to the occasional beer in our cellar bar with friends or the occasional party, we do quite a lot together. Your roommates come from different parts of Germany and the world, so all kinds of interests are represented.

We are a non-political and non-denominational student association, also called a Landsmannschaft, with over 130 members. We like to spend time together, support young students, and offer a network of academics from various disciplines. We are definitely not a purpose-only shared apartment, but studying is always our priority. From a cozy beer, through sports activities to joint trips to a hut in the Black Forest or to Italy, we shape parts of our free time together.
