A room in our shared flat will be available from January 1st.

About the Apartment
We have a nice large eat-in kitchen in the flat, which invites you to linger and where we like to come together to cook and hang out.

A small backyard invites you to lie in the sun and do some hobby gardening.

About the Room
Your room faces north and has two windows around the corner, making it especially bright.

All rooms branch off from a hallway, which is also connected to the open eat-in kitchen.

Location
The apartment is located in the heart of KTV, on Patriotischer Weg. There are small bars and cafés nearby and the harbor is just a stone's throw away. You can get anywhere quickly by bike and public transport. The city center and Doberaner Platz are also quickly reachable on foot. The street is relatively quiet and not very busy. Occasionally, some drunk men shout through Patti Weg at night, typical KTV. But not regularly.

The Ulmencampus is just across the street - so reachable by bike within a few minutes, and the Südstadt is only a 20-minute bike ride away.

Shared Flat Life
In recent years, we have coordinated our shared flat life well and have developed a rather familial atmosphere. We are all sociable and often chatting or drinking coffee and tea in the kitchen.

It is important to us that flatmates are interested in togetherness and that everyone puts in the energy to start something. At the same time, almost all of us work and often need to recharge or do our own thing.

We share a community-supported agriculture vegetable box, which we take turns picking up and taking care of, consuming the food and ideally making something delicious out of it.

We generally place great value on harmonious coexistence: respect and tolerance are important to us. We are all nature lovers who like to advocate for justice, environmental protection, and democracy. Right-wing populists, homophobes, and other distorted thinkers have as little space with us as people who do not want to separate their waste. We all live vegetarian and would be happy if the new tenant does not necessarily grill large steaks in the kitchen.

We are looking for people who want communal living and open communication. We are absolutely not a purely functional shared flat, so please only send us an inquiry if you really want that.

When you move in, Jasper, Heinrich, and Filine Marie will be living in the flat.
