Partially Furnished Room (20 m2) in Central Location in Student 6-Person Shared Flat

Room
We are a shared flat of Rostock students from various faculties and different semesters in a student dormitory in the best city centre location in the Bahnhofsviertel and are looking for two new flatmates this way.

The house is a historic city centre villa and houses a total of six freshly renovated student rooms (newly plastered, freshly wallpapered and newly equipped with a new floor in a homely wood look). The available rooms are between 16 and 24 m2, with the exact monthly rent including utilities between 220 and 240€ depending on size.

The rooms are on the first floor, are nicely bright and partially furnished according to availability and preference (bed, wardrobe, desk). The shared bathroom is also on the first floor. The house also has a fully equipped kitchen including kitchen appliances, dishwasher and pots/dishes. It was also recently renovated and furnished with new furniture. In addition, there is a shared washing machine.

A special feature is the common rooms on the ground floor, which are open for use by the residents: after a hard day at university, our own house bar with counter and tap system invites you to a sociable beer. Next to it there is a living room as well as an event room with a piano that can be used.

Once a week a cleaner comes and cleans the bathroom, toilets and common rooms. The costs for this are included in the rent; as is the internet. There is also a garden with a terrace including a grill.

As soon as the first rays of sun come through, we bring out the beer sets from the garage and meet here for a barbecue with one or the other glass of wheat beer or a fresh Lübzer.

Location
The location of the apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the main train station, so with excellent public transport connections. It is only about 7-10 minutes on foot to the city centre / main university building, and only 3 minutes to the main train station.

According to the central location, supermarkets, bakeries and the like are also numerous and easily accessible on foot. The house has two private parking spaces on the property!

Shared Flat Life
As a dormitory community, we do not see ourselves as a mere functional community:
We do a lot together, for example sports, parties, cinema, board games or visiting cultural events enrich our student everyday life.
And of course we also go out partying and go through the Rostock clubs together.
