Our offered spaces are located in the very quiet rear building on the top floor (3rd floor) of the building, with a very beautiful wide view over the roofs of Karlsruhe, just a few meters from Mühlburger Tor.
The 3 floors below each house office/service units.
Each floor is self-contained and barrier-free accessible via the staircase or the existing elevator.

Our individual, very bright and exceptionally quiet residential or office unit offers its new tenants:

- A great open area that can be freely designed, divided, and used.
Skylights in the roof and the high ceilings convey the ultimate living/working ambiance, a great feel-good design for all who love free, individual, creative living and working.

- Two spacious enclosed rooms with a view of the courtyard could serve as offices, workrooms, or bedrooms,
or without door leaves and light panels, the existing lightweight walls can also be used as privacy screens.

- In the area of the kitchen connections, a high-quality fitted kitchen is currently installed, which unfortunately only serves as inspiration, as our current tenants will take it with them.

The washing machine can be included in the planning of the large, open living kitchen or accommodated in the bathroom.

All supplies for daily needs, tram connection are in the immediate vicinity.
The city center is reachable on foot in a few minutes, the B10 in about 5 minutes by car, the A5/A8 in less than 10 minutes.
