This charming old building from 1905 offers a solid foundation for individual living on 82 square meters. The apartment's floor area is 93 square meters, which also roughly corresponds to the usable space due to the high knee wall and the old building ceiling height. The apartment includes three rooms plus kitchen and bathroom, characterized by the classic layout of the turn of the century and will be available from October 1, 2026.

In addition to the living spaces, the floor plan offers a functional layout that allows for diverse design options for personal needs. There are no parking spaces included with the apartment, making it ideal for tenants without their own car who prefer central connections. No work had been done on the apartment until the current renovation, so I can only provide pictures of the already renovated rooms to give an impression of how the entire apartment will look by 01.10.2026.
