Nice 15sqm Room in 4-Person Shared Apartment

Room
This is a well-lit 15 sqm room. There are two windows: a skylight and a large side window. The bathroom is very large and has both a shower and a bathtub. You would only have to share the bathroom with 2 other roommates (Lena and Finja). The kitchen is also well equipped. We have two refrigerators, an oven, and even a dishwasher. Additionally, there are bike racks outside and a washing machine for shared use.

Most of the furniture can be taken over if desired. These are:

- Bed

- Desk

- Chair

- Wardrobe

- Large dresser

- Shoe rack with seating area

- Hanging cabinet next to the bed

- Table for TV or similar

Location
The shared apartment is in a great location in the Südstadt district of Paderborn. It is a very quiet residential area near the university. By bike or car it takes about 5 minutes and about 20 minutes on foot to the university. Shopping facilities are also easily accessible. The city center is about 20-30 minutes on foot. Bus stops are also nearby.

Shared Apartment Life
We are a very nice and relaxed 4-person student shared apartment. Currently living in the apartment:

- Lena, 22, studies social work

- Finja, 20, studies International Business Studies

- Manuel, 24, studies computer science

- I am Lasse and I am moving out because of my upcoming semester abroad

Basically, everyone has their own space here, even though it is a 4-person shared apartment, everyone has enough peace. But we also like to do things together or meet for a relaxed shared apartment evening. Otherwise, you just meet in the kitchen and chat for a while.

We are looking for a male person because we would like to maintain the ratio of 2 women and 2 men :)
