Description

Room
The room is about 13 sqm, so everything you need fits well. A large window provides plenty of light.

I would also leave some of my furniture for little money. That way you save on assembly and carrying ;)

The rest of the flat includes a bathroom and kitchen as well as a spacious living room and a balcony, which are shared. We also have a cellar room where the washing machine is located.

Location
The shared flat is in a quiet location. No one disturbs here and the neighbours are friendly.

You can reach shopping facilities on foot in 5 minutes and also the bus stop if you want to go to the city or the university. The bus ride to the university takes 15 minutes.

Shared Flat Life
Life in the shared flat is relaxed. Sabrina and Anna both study at the University of Paderborn. We like to shop and cook together sometimes. You always have the option to withdraw and be on your own. It should not be a purely functional shared flat.

Other
Since I am the one moving out, I will pass on the contacts to Sabrina and Anna.
