Room Equipment
All rooms are offered with basic furnishings: a sturdy lockable door, a bed, a matching mattress (optional), a desk with drawers, an office chair and a spacious wardrobe. The kitchen is also fully operational with dishes, microwave grill, 4-ceran hob stove/oven/grill combination, dishwasher and several refrigerators. The entire apartment has a DSL connection, providing a WLAN signal. We have waived TV connection and landline phone.

The offered room no. 3 has a window facing the garden to the east. It also has the standard equipment of all rooms: desk, chair, bed, IKEA Pax wardrobe.

The spacious house is located on a plot with its own access away from the street in the quiet Hamburg district of Niendorf. The only thing you hear after opening the windows is the chirping of birds. And yet from here you can reach the UNI district near the center of Hamburg by bus or subway in a good half hour.

The nearby Tibarg Center is about 10 minutes away by bike, with shopping opportunities, banks and medical practices. The Kollau hiking trail is a 2-minute walk away and invites you to relaxing walks or jogging rounds in all seasons.
