Shared Apartment Room on Hammer Street

Room
My small but nice room is becoming available. It is square-shaped, so despite the sloping roof, everything important fits in without any problems.

The house also includes a bright kitchen, a hallway, a bathroom, a basement room, and a balcony. The balcony adjoins one of the other rooms but is usable by all flatmates. There is also a bicycle cellar and a garden that all tenants of the house may use.

Location
Hammer Street is a very lively street with many different shops, restaurants, and cafés. Several supermarkets are reachable within about five minutes on foot. If you want to get into nature, you can reach Südpark or Aasee by bike in a few minutes. The transport connections are also great, as the bus stop is practically right in front of the door.

Shared Apartment Life
I really enjoyed living in the shared apartment and can tell you that with Annabelle, Alex, and Gero, you will have really great flatmates! We like to spend time together, whether painting, playing board games, visiting a café, or just relaxing comfortably on the balcony. The three are sometimes more, sometimes less motivated to do sports, so if you like sports, you will surely find someone to join you. In general, all three are up for joint activities and spontaneous ideas. At the same time, everyone has their own space, and you can always withdraw if you need some peace. I think this exact mix makes shared apartment life here so nice :)

Other
In addition to the rent, there are about 70 € extra costs for electricity, internet, and GEZ.

For the already purchased kitchen utensils, I would like to charge a transfer fee of 50 €.

My bed including mattress and drawers, as well as possibly my wardrobe, can also be taken over for a transfer fee. But of course, this is not mandatory :)
