The main train station and the city center are within a five-minute walk. The path to the Eilenriede, Hannover's extensive city forest, is hardly longer. The popular List district with its numerous restaurants and bars is also not far.
Please bring the attached self-disclosure form with attachments, preferably already fully completed, to the viewing so that you can leave it directly if you are interested in renting. Sending it later by email or post is, of course, also possible.
Since we would like to rent the apartment long-term, we would like to agree on a minimum rental period. Only after this should the normal notice period of 3 months apply. Ideally, we would like you to agree to a minimum rental period of 36 months. Rent adjustments are based on § 557b BGB (index rent).
