Sublet in the Pub Shared Apartment :)

Hello dear ones,

Since I am going to Sweden for my semester abroad starting in January, there is the possibility to rent my room, furnished and in the best Südstadt location, from mid-January to the end of June.

The room is quite small at 12sqm, but I have always found it very spacious and cozy. Thanks to the two large south-facing windows, a lot of light comes in despite being on the ground floor. My furniture will stay inside and also some of my plants (I would be happy if you would like to keep an eye on them a bit :) ).

Our apartment was once a pub many years ago and you can still see that today.

In the living room there is a regulars' table, a pool table, table football, a dartboard and a cozy TV corner. Otherwise, our shared apartment is equipped with everything. We have a washing machine, dishwasher and all imaginable kitchen appliances, as well as two bathrooms, a guest toilet, a small balcony facing the street and a small terrace.

Location
The apartment is located in Südstadt, just around the corner from Werderplatz. This means you only walk about one minute to the Nahkauf, bakery, Rossmann and various döner/pizza places, as well as pubs. It is also not far to the Schauburg, the State Theatre and the nearest subway station Kongresszentrum. KIT, the university and PH can be reached by bike in about 10 - 15 minutes. The train station is about a 15-minute walk, the city center 5-10 minutes.

Shared Apartment Life
A little about your flatmates:

Claudia studies mechanical engineering and will start her master's thesis in November. When she is not working for university, she often goes swimming, to the club and university sports.

Lara recently started working. She likes to spend her free time painting, on coffee walks, doing guard dance or at any techno festivals and raves in the area.

Gabriel is usually busy because he studies civil engineering at the university and also works in construction management. When he is free, he is usually up for a beer and does not shy away from going out during the week even though he has to work the next day :)

Paulo is at least as active. He also studies at KIT but is always motivated to experience something in his free time. Whether it is doing sports, going to bars or watching football.

Marvin is our computer scientist and technology expert. With him, you always have exciting conversations about everything. He is also often the base for the shared apartment's joint series evening.
